So my account has been exiled for like a year due to false accusation, admins are doing nothing and the case is still "under investigation"

Can you tell me when you will un-exile it please or finally come up with a decision if the accusation is correct or not?

I have used the contact form more than twice per month and never got an email nor an answer.. nothing, i don't even think the admins ever read the contact form.

I've always been a great contributor writing nice tutorials, being under investigation didn't drive me crazy -the proofs on the thread that reported me weren't enough tho since it was someone impersonating me and the PM wasn't from my account- since it's your job and it's normal but keeping it under investigation for over a year and not replying to the contact form.

I request a PM from a staff member so we can solve it and talk normally please.

Seems like you might've had a stolen account, I'd firstly request you wait for contact form reply assuming you've submitted all the proof that the account is yours?
Worst case scenario send PM to Omni at your risk with all the details about your account and what happened. Please provide as much proof of ownership, as you aren't ban evading it should be cool.
