I'm looking for file hosting that will give me direct download links, not delete my files regardless of their nature, be online 24/7 99% uptime, and give me easy access to update existing files or upload new ones (FTP access is okay too). I won't need much storage, 100-200mb is fine. I won't use much traffic either.

Where can I find such service?

Also, if anyone offers such service then I'm willing to pay in Bitcoin if price is reasonable.
