Is there a way to hyperlink someone sending an amazon giftcard to my email with the email and the amount preset? I wanted to change from payivy to amazon gift cards for my eBook

You can't hyperlink it, but you could setup a system to accept AGC as payment (would be a pain in the ass though).
You'd probably end up doing something like

Code

Check Email
Redeem card
Ensure card had correct value
Email sender back with product
