Since people are going back and fourth about if these are allowed to be sold or not.

Runescape accounts are allowed to be sold and they belong in the Non-Free Accounts section.

Important Runescape Rules
1. No RS account giveaways, trading, buying, or selling.
2. No Marketplace threads. Use the Virtual Items forum.
3. No begging for free items like gold or equipment.
4. No discussions on stealing RS accounts.
5. No discussion on product keys or bot auth codes.

Can we please get a staff to clarify. I've keep hearing different things at this point. Although I'm 99% sure I'm correct.

The rules on RS accounts are pretty confusing. I've seen members saying it's allowed but there's a rule that says it's not but at the same time I haven't seen anyone get in trouble over it. So, I'm not sure. I'd like to see staff clarify.

Those are rules strictly relating to the Runescape section, not for the market place. Staff have said that you may sell runescape accounts, but they must go HERE
