Hi i need a betting app, not really a betting app let me explain what I need:

There is this betting service in Germany called Tipico
when betting u can either go online or you can go to a local tipico and get a receipt for ur bet.

now i always go to my local tipico and get a receipt and on that receipt there is a QR code that u can scan and when scanning u get to a website that is exactly made for ur bet that shows u if u won or not.

simply what i want is a web app or a android app that let me scan in my qr codes and the app scans every hour if one of the bets was won,

not sure if anyone gets what i want.
i will pay in btc so if anyone can do this let me know

i would prefer a german coder, but anyone else is just fine too.

send me a PM for my Skype or we can talk here on PM

I can do this for a good price. Also I speak german, if you're interested PM me!
