[The Silenced]

So does anyone know of a decent Network monitoring program or a widget? I'm just trying to keep track of the packets being sent out, received and so I can see what programs bog my connections down more than others ect..

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check Glasswire if you want a nice looking program or get Wireshark if you want to see everything, down to the raw packet data.
