hello,

so ive ratted a runescape account and got the email to it as well.
so i changed the pw and the e-mail to my email adress and checked if it was right.
but a few hours later the owner of the account managed to get hold of the account again and changes the pw again.....

hes stupid and he wont change the pw of his email.

so i looked into his email and rs sends him the link to change the pw and email to his email dont know how he does this (sometimes he managed to change it within couple of mins) i also had auth on the acc.



can someone help me so this wont happen again?

It was probably sent to a backup email if that exists for runescape accounts idk. If you have his computer ratted can't you look into his emails? You should change it again but this time change all the emails tied to the account. Also he could have contacted support and they reset it for him after showing some proof of ownership.
