So some funny bastard keeps deploying TightVNC to computer and logging in and messing around. Is there a way I can block only TightVNC from being installed.

PDQ Deploy is a network admin tool used to deploy programs, updates, GP etc... to any users machine on the network
It is installed on a server not on my machine duh..
