So I need some help with my current code, encryption does not works get the same output everytime... :c if the text contains a space the code I cant answer the question "e/d". And I can't decrypt, i get the following error: Exception in thread "main" java.security.InvalidKeyException: Parameters missing

I must be doing everything wrong :c

It's really difficult to guess what you mean by that. Please be more precise.
Also you should write variable names lowercase and use the right indentations.
