I was informed Microsoft was giving free training, resource materials and a certification voucher for their cloud services. I was interested in getting certified but it turns out all the vouchers are gone already. You can still get the resources they provide for training though such as the $100 a month worth of Azure credits for almost all of their Azure products. Just sign up for their Microsoft IT Pro Cloud Essentials program and you start up your own VPS. There was no credit card required when I signed up and got this. They will stop the service if you spend over your limit rather than charging on-demand.
