I think its a good step for security but probably will be flooded with Contact Form requests if people lost their email or something.

OK, so just to be clear, the email that was sent out was real, it was hard to tell, as when I started to look around HF, there were no major threads going on it. Just wondering what happened, and what I should do; I have not had any irregular activity on my account, and all looks fine around HF as far as I can tell. Just let me know if I should change my pass, or not :S.

Sorry if this post seems ignorant, but just really confused as to whats up.
