So the idea is, ultrahardcore. Basically to understand it you would have to go to the reddit and look at the posts. Its hard for me to explain. Its kinda like hunger games?
Why? This would bring in alot users.
As you see in the reddit. It requires a active host. Someone who mods, Teleports player to player making sure people aren't cheating. etc
So the matches are pre scheduled, once a month,weekly, daily whatever works for you.
So you could start a hub. This + one other server such as factions, towny etc.
The idea is people will come and play on your ultrahardcore matches then maybe play on the other server in that hub.
