For any questions/information, please see the general information thread: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5253595

This is a general recruitment with no set guidelines. Create/submit your own application here. We're looking for content creators.
If you create or produce music, write stories or poems, draw, sculpt, design, or anything artistic, feel free to apply.

We have several projects in the sub-forum that we are working on and will require members to show some participation in these.
We are looking people who will be active and work with us to keep the group at a high standard.

Please note, that our art is public. If you can not share your art, then you might not get accepted as many of our projects are going to come out public.
If you have works that you don't want to share, then that's understandable, but we would prefer you create new art that you can share so we can collect an opinion of you.

Members will be selected by myself, the leaders, and other group members and reviewed by myself and the leaders. From there, anyone accepted will get a personal invitation.

If you have any recruitment questions, feel free to ask them here. All other general group questions should be submitted to the general information thread I linked above.

Best of luck and hope to see some new faces in Riptide!

A Group for arts, FINALLY.

Hello, I'm Chubownage, My friend call me, Val. I'm 19 years old and love to read... Here is my Submission:
I have been on hackforums since 9/11/2014. I recently began becoming active about a month ago.
I love to learn, i love to read and i love to write. For about 3 years now my Social Media Network has revolved around my Articles. I'm online most of the time and i browse through blogs daily. I have one certain Topic that i love to read/write about and that is Horror. I am a horror fanatic but if you were to see me in person you would have no idea. I'm a casual young dude with money motives that come through my work. I believe that if i keep doing what i enjoy (such as writing articles and making content for my Audience) it will soon feed me.. I truly do love and appreciate my fans as i interact with them personally on a day to day basis.
I'm slowly and slowly progressing into web development as it's been a desire of mine as a side goal aside from content creating.
If you're interested in more of me feel free to message me and i'll be more than happy to.

Just a tip--we're trying to move away from the concept of "sectors" as we're trying to bring the group together more instead of alienating each other into separate sub-groups.

We will be reviewing all applicants over the next week and possibly longer, so keep them coming, and feel free to update them at any time. We will make a post when we've reviewed them all.

What sector are you wanting to join? I am a piano player and I am interested in producing musics. I can also draw black and white, however I am not the best with drawing. I am pretty good with poetry, however only when I have an inspiration.

What are your experiences in piano? I have been playing the piano for 7 years now. I started when I was around 6, and I now am not only learning but teaching piano to others as well.

How often are you on HF? I am on HF around 5-6 hours per day for the last 2 months.

Why do people reserve a post for their application?
Fucking post when you're ready to post your application lol
It has literally no advantages

[Kden]

Hello my name is Caiden, I began designing at the age of 11 as that was around the time where i was designing banners or (bgs as they called them back then) and logos for cod clans. I also can edit.

Age - I am 15 years old.
Programs I'm experience with - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator(signatures) Cinema 4D, Sony Vegas Pro, After Effects.
Why I think I should/want to be apart of Riptide - I feel as if there are not many groups of people with the same knowledge as myself and other people going for this. I want to get to know people with the same experience and hobbies as what I have. I have just about 4 years of Graphic Designing Experience. This is why I think I should join Riptide. Thanks.

What content do you produce? I produce short stories and long stories as well as debate articles etc.

What made you start producing the content you produce? For debate articles I was always someone who saw both sides of a argument unless one side was significantly stronger and had a lot of facts. I always liked to debate since I've always had a argumentative attitude when it comes to certain topics. I've wrote a few debate threads on HF. When it comes to short stories and long stories I been writing those since I was a small lad. I always had unspeakable and unimaginable stories in my head that I love to write about. I write mainly Adventure stories but I venture off when writing sometimes I put some humour in it when I write it. Depends on the atmosphere and setting the character is in then i try to fit in stuff that correlates to that.

Name: Rita Ora ❤️

Age: 23

Area: Story + Cinematic + Livestreaming

Links: Story #1, Story #2, Cinematic + Livestreaming links can be given upon request.

Why do I want to join Riptide?: Because I love the variety of arts. I am always looking to help those who go unnoticed, one of the many things I do is use unknown musicians on my livestreams and help generate them views. I love graphical art, photography, video editing and much more. I want to join Riptide because I want a casual group who you can relate to on a personal level without it getting violent and serious.

Why should I be accepted?: Because I am passionate, hardworking and always looking to help others. I want to make everyone around me feel happy with themselves and always try to get them to where they want to be. I want to assist some of the members to become the best they can be whilst also learning things I don't know.

Thank you for reading my application.
