I have used cain to sniff my ips of hackers and douche bags but I accidentally keep getting little plebs in the process. I have met people who have used programs that sniff the gamertag with the ip so you always get the right person. Has anyone else heard of this?

only people that I've seen and were able to get their IP with their tag next to it, was people with RGHs/JTags

I don't think this can be done you can add names next to IPs. I used the tools Commview and ZoneAlarm, I would invite my friends and get their IP and created a trusted list, and you can see specific IDs using Wireshark. I have not seen any Gamertags. I doubt such a lookup utility even exists, if you're after a single user just invite them to a party chat and profit.
