A client who wants to fly me out on an airplane ticket, I was trying to accept money from him via Circle Pay but has a $300 a week limit. He now wants to give me his credit card information and I have no idea what to do, if someone could send me some advice it'd be greatly appreciated.

I can't use Paypal, although I am open to other Bitcoin payment processors similar to Circle Pay.

I am an eWhore and he thinks hes paying my Whore for a Plane Ticket. Only thing is the ticket is 700 while the Weekly limit for Circle is $300

Just walk him through how to buy bitcoins and to send them to your wallet. Or maybe you could try use Payoneer

He could possibly do a bank transfer through some merchant. When is he wanting to book the flight? And doesn't circle lift limits more based on identity verification?
