sending an image of a color via color code

okay so on this app called palringo I want to make a bot that sends the color of whatever color is requested Eg. #0000 the only way I know how to send an image though is by putting a link so I'm not sure how I'd accomplish this considering I need a link of the image but I need the image to be a color. if that made any sense.
I think i understand. Heres how i think you should do it:
1) Create a bitmap with the Graphics library.
2) Save the bitmap to disk.
3) Upload the image to a image host like imgur.
4) Send the link to wherever you need to.
Lotta blood to let, peace to make, give a fuk about a check

Im pretty sure you can skip saving the bitmap to disk.

^ Send its bytes directly.

Create a bitmap or whatever, call Clear on it from a Graphics object with your color and go from there. I think imgur accepts a base64 of your image.
This is something like I want: http://html-color-codes.info/ but I want it to basically look for the color and send it via a link.
