vDos has the potential to do so but you have to contact their staffs for a custom plan. Price won't be cheap since you will need to achieve around 100 gbps of power to take down/null NFO servers. Hope this helps!

I can Nullroute NFOs in all locations with minimal effort. Please shoot me a PM for consultation, it will be much cheaper than buying a stresser and hoping that it will be able to every time, which is unlikely since most stresser's network output fluctuates depending on their user activity and concurrent streams running.
