Why did omni bring ce back?

Why did omni bring back currency exchange? I thought he removed to reduce the amount of scams going around?
Because he just decided to I guess, I mean look at all the people doing exchanges om the forum it's a very big thing.
Because CE is part of hf and if its removed part of hf dies.
I don't know how the activity gained/dropped but I'm pretty sure that the site did just as well without the CE section. The biggest factor in his decision, IMO, was probably the limitation on his PP account.
I don't middleman any deals on- or off-site. Please don't message me requesting my past services and certainly don't fall for anybody who claims to be me.
When there is a lot of scam in the section, it will be closed soon anyway.

He never said he got his PayPal limited.
The Currency Exchange here is probably one of (if not the) top spot in the marketplace. I've sold multiple products on HF, made thousands from that, but I can tell you that I've spent more with currency exchanges here.
Especially the stickies in there, I mean a sticky there is the difference between making complete bank or a little bank. How quaint? (It rhymes and I'm stoned); but in short, everyone's probably fighting to buy the most amount of time for a sticky in there.
It could attract scammers, and at first thought it seems probable to remove the section if it comes down to it, but anyone making any sort of transaction whatsoever over the internet should understand even the slightest about protecting themselves from scammers, especially with any substantial monetary value.

I have nothing against people nitpicking every little detail of what I say to make me look stupid, but please be smart before you do that.

I was going to say this.

Plus factor in all the improvements he has done to reduce scamming with the trust scan.

Because people non stopped bitching and decline in activity.
The CE is a very active part of HF. If people are getting scammed a lot, it is usually because they don't do they research on the exchanger prior to the exchange.

I feel like Omni feels that if you aren't stupid, you won't have an issue with the CE.
Keep calm, chive on.
The section did have a lot of deal disputes, but it is a very active forum. I forgot to mention in my other post, but apart from Trust Scan improvements, only Ub3rs can post threads in that section. The idea is to create a Marketplace atmosphere that gives members tools to be as comprehensive as possible when reviewing a member to deal with.

If you have any more questions/concerns about the Currency Exchange section, feel free to shoot me a PM.
