I have a huge list and I need to sum all numbers from it but I am not sure how to make macro in notepad++

I need to sum all playtime numbers or atleast make it like - 154639+168261+27262 etc

Does it have to be a macro in Notepad++? You should be able to access this data as a dictionary and use a scripting language like Python to iterate through and add all the values at the PlayTime keys.
