Installs: Are shared and resold numerous times.
Updates: Are acquired with your file then your file is updated to the buyers, removing your file.
Loads: Are acquired by using the buyers file with your EK or method and your file is never on the machine.

While I cannot vouch or say anything bad here I do believe if you want to be taken seriously you should be using the proper terminology.
