But my favorite episode is when he arrives late in Namek planet and kick the asses of that Ginyu Force.

Haven't watched in years, but probably the Broly ones holy shit, that guy was one sick character.

Also, ot; Cell scared the shit out of me back when I was watching this (around 8-9 years old back then)

My favorite episode is probably Goku vs Hit.
That episode was off the chain and interesting.
My favorite movie scene would be Goku vs Cooler.

I honestly think that my favorite episodes (not just DBZ) were the one when Goku (when he still a kid)  first fought Tienshan, and possibly when Goku and Vegeta first fought on Earth.

DB: I think as user above said, when Goku fought Tien (both as kid and adult were pretty intense).
DBZ: When Goku goes Super Saiyan. Maybe Gohan fighting Cell or Vegito fusion as well.
DBS: Goku vs Hit (Goku going SSB KKx10)

and I guess DBGT: Either Goku SS4 or Gogeta SS4. Also maybe Majuub.
