I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that 2 of the same awards on one profile only apply to awards that cannot be bought.

I will be more than happy to be your test subject. In all seriousness, I have never seen anyone with 2 gifts, so perhaps the money will be refunded (if the purchase will go through at all). It may be logged in the system that the member already has that award, so it may just give you some sort of error.
