Nope, boot from USB (with persistance), however I managed to get through, I simply restarted. I tried this on my own network, but now it keeps resending stuff to various MAC addresses and waits for handshakes. This step repeats itself continuously. Any idea what's happening?

I have no idea, sorry.

Should probably say it really only works with wps enabled routers.

Google for Reaver, that will help you understand what its doing, basically its trying to capture handshakes from router/devices and force them to reconnect so it can intercept the data and analyze it to determine the key.
