So, Yesterday i was about to sell him 0.8 btc for pp at 12% rates.
We both agreed and i provided him my paypal email after like 20 minutes he replied that he can't complete that deal and he's going to call paypal. After calling paypal he told me that he'll try again. And then replied that his paypal is fucked up and he can't complete the deal and he'll contact me tomorrow.

[#1 Point to be noted.] And then immediately after 10-15 mins he replied that he sent paypal money to my account of 1K (Without even notifiying me).

[#2 Point to be noted.] I asked him for his paypal email for verification, He provided me different email to send the refund. (Haha, He got caught there that his paypal account was 100% stolen).

One of you has to go first with the proof. And there's a chance that he'll want you to provide proof first. Maybe just provide it asap.
