Basically he wanted me to exchange his PP to my BTC on June 13 but I have a strict policy on if you don't put the note I tell you to put I will refund you and never deal with you again due to your incompetence and lack of ability to follow simple instructions.

And as usual this guy didn't put the note, so I refunded him, which I am glad I did or else I'd be out $52.75 right now.

The email I receive today notifying me that the buyer charged back through the bank, I called Paypal today to make sure I did not lose any money and they told me that I did not since I refunded him already on June 13

So basically, had I not refunded this moron on June 13 due to not putting a note, I would have been scammed $52.75 right now.

I did call Paypal to confirm I did not lose any money as the email they sent me stated.

The guy told me I was sent the wrong email for the wrong situation lol.

Should have been sent another email since I already refunded the guy.

Because there's tons of legit member who joined recently. Imho you're more likely to pull a scam when you're an old member and feel like this community gives nothing to you anymore.

Should never accept payment via Paypal and bank that's just asking to get scammed. Next time sell your BTC for cash deposit directly to the bank.

Bro, you do know, ce involve international users, not just same country users. So cash deposit isnt possible for international users.

But OP you are lucky indeed. This CA should serve as a warning for future deals with him.
