you found all the memory addresses, you just need to edit them with writeprocessmemory

1. Get pointers to whatever you need to edit.(Memory)
This seems to be where you fail. Just look up on how memory is structured/how it works and try to understand it
2. Open handle to process, then WPM(WriteProcessMemory)/RPM(ReadProcessMemory)
etc
