So i was thinking: When you check someones ip info on: whatismyipaddress it shows you sth like this

And when someone has a dynamic ip can we actually somehow use Hostname to check it or DDOS it?

You can ddos a hostname the same as an IP.... But the hostname should change as the IP does, unless they have a round robin DNS going on.
