I have been wanting to make my own gambling site for a while now, the type of site will potentially be a site like the following describes.

-Users join a room.
-Each user bets an amount, the total amount put it gets divided by 100 and each user is given his equal shares. For example

Player 1 puts in $10
Player 2 puts in $20

$30 pot

Player 1 has 25% chances to win
Player 2 has 75% chances to win


Think of it like a raffle, player 1 owns 1-25 tickets, player 2 owns 26-100 tickets, the ticket drawn could be any.
Preferably your tickets could be randomized so player 1 has like 1,7,23,42,23 (so forth)

This could also give the house a 0.5% chance to win on all rounds or take a small cut of all winnings.

I need someone who can code something like this and who would like to be a partner on such a site.

Really really wanting to do something like this, if you have any comments or opinions just throw them below and we can talk about your ideas.

Sounds fun, I wouldn't let the house win ever. Would take away from the fun. I would suggest that you have a system in place where you take a percentage of the withdraws or the deposits.

EDIT: Or take a small percent of each pot.

Yeah true that - I actually agree on that. Still working through ideas and thought I would bring it to HF to see what you all think.

I do think the cool thing is people will be able to join lobbys with their friends and play around.

You shouldnt post your idea like that, a coder can easily just do it himself and run his own site.

I would certainly play. I'm sure you already thought of this, but have different rooms for different amounts.
Like a room for miniscule bets (100 bits to 500 bits)
Room for medium bets (1000 - 5000)
And of course the High Rollers (100,000 bits to 1BTC)

We could do something similar except incorporate it into our browser-based game (MMORPG / MMORTS) ; imagine being able to gamble through a game that works on xbox one, ps4, android, iphone, mac, unix, ect.. it even supports ms edge haha (instant lose using ms edge, wut?!)
