How do you get the showstopper shotgun in Tom Clancy's The Division?

Right now I'm using a shotgun/LMG build and In thought that the showstopper would be much better than my 870 MCS pump-action shotgun that my character is using.

Plus, the AA-12 shotgun just looks cool.

So how and where do I get the showstopper high-end named weapon?

In the video the narrator said that he had to complete missions on heroic difficulty 25 times before the showstopper dropped.

If that's the case, it looks like I have some farming to do.

The new darkzone is frustratingly difficult and is filled with nothing but rogues.
