What even happens to kids like this? It seems like people with deal disputes left open after months are still allowed to just use the forum. Just gives Ubers a bad name.
EDIT: This has now been solved.

Proof looks pretty solid, assuming there aren't any PMs being hidden from us.
Hopefully this is resolved. Make sure you add your report to Deal Disputes so other people can see your report! https://hackforums.net/disputedb.php
Looks legit, make sure to put his profile link in the post

Why didn't you do increments? Such a large amount to go first to.. Also numerous DWC's in his reputation.. I don't understand how people get scammed on HF. Use a trusted MM next time, decreases the chance drastically.
Sorry for your loss OP.
If you need a free MM for future OSRS trades, feel free to HMU 🤝

For future deals involving RS gp make sure you (as the seller) are recording the transaction between you giving him the gp while taking note of his in game name. This is critical evidence to support he indefinitely received the GP but he seemed to confirm in the pm conversation he received it anyway so it isn't necessary in this case.
Also, always do increments. It basically guarantees you won't get screwed over.
I'm definitely going to be 100 percent more careful now. The increment idea is not a bad one I'll remember that for next time. I do check reps I mostly assumed that Ubers are well trusted members, shit like this just gives them a bad name. Also the fact that some are still allowed on here after having multiple deal disputes open for hundreds of dollars is beyond me haha.

Resolving this dispute with the user.
The user will be getting paid slowly back not sure how long it will take but, will be paying it back slowly.
Shouldn't take more than a couple of months.
Edit: $15.00 sent to the user. - 11/29/2016 $123 bucks left to pay back.

User has only paid $15 of this back otherwise I would update it. I suggest not dealing with him.
You got $15 more back than I thought you would.
