I got it in the UK and was working today. It's been out 24 hours so I'm pretty far behind too. Only level 4 and I live in the British countryside where you can only catch fucking Pidgeys. I did get a magikarp though...

lol im level 6 almost 7 I am about to go out again I got like 3 cute girls numbers who all play pokemon go today.
