With years of experience in both languages I can provide the service and expertise you need. I am fluent in C# and VB.net and have worked in most fields in the languages. Some of these are Optical Character Recognition for various types of captchas, web automation tools (also known as bots), Windows API, data parsing, networking, and much more. I am also familiar with reverse engineering having successfully reverse engineered Instagram, Starbucks, Snapchat, Musically, and many more services.
I will help you find a solution to your problem in a professional manner and I will keep you involved in the process to make sure I deliver in a satisfactory manner. I work for a fixed price only and I do not offer partnerships. In rare cases or long term deals I can work at an hourly rate and we will use tools to monitor the hours I work. We can use middlemen from this forums to aid in financial security for the both of us should we deem fit. I do not offer refunds, only in rare circumstances. If you forget to mention features before closing the deal and suggest them after I start and the deal is closed then I will not add them nor grant refunds in this case.
