Did anyone else just now get this error or is it a common random thing that people get?

Must be a shit load of people playing right now, this hasn't happened to me before.

If you just disconnect from the game for a little, say two or three hours, the nit should fix itself OP. Hope thi post helped you out.

The servers go on and off sometimes. It's not just you. Like J above me said, close the app and wait a bit before reconnnecting. You should be fine after that.

The Pokemon go servers are made out of the closest dog shit the engineers could find. They really should have anticipated record-breaking numbers and planned ahead.

Servers are still more stable than the ones at Runescape, they are total aids.

Server overloads ect. I mean I could see why the servers would be up and overloaded, but I haven't really ran into that issue before so i'm cooling on that one.

Atleast the runescape servers can stay up for more than 10 minutes at a time, pokemon go servers literally go down if you walk improperly.

It is hard to play on the game at peek times. There are that many players around the world the servers cannot stand it.

Yeah those pesky lizards were chewing up all the cables and not allowing us to play, it's almost as if they were in an organization with eachother.
