Synergy is currently looking to recruit Hardcore Xbox One players, of all skill levels.



Synergy's Requirements

Xbox One is your primary gaming source.
No open or unresolved scam reports.
Must follow Synergy's handbook/rules.
Must be member of Hack Forums for at least a month.
Must have a minimum of 250 posts throughout the entire forum.
Must not have a bad reputation within the Hack Forums community.

• Show respect towards each and every member in the group. Any form of harassing, threatening, insulting or harming other members will result in an immediate kick from the group. Joking is allowed, but within a limit that should be known by all members.

• Being rude or ignorant to the group leaders will result in an instant kick from the group. This rule is an extension to rule #1, but deserves a spot of its own just to serve as a warning to all applicants.

• By becoming a member of Synergy, you are officially representing the group as a member. Any posts/threads made outside the group sub-forum reflects the group, and should be done with an acceptable amount of quality. If the leaders feel that your posting quality is not on par with the group's standards, you will be kicked without further notification.

• Failure to post in an Activity Check Thread will result in your immediate removal from the group. Exceptions are only accepted if informed in the Inactivity Thread before an Activity Check is conducted. Though, members will still be removed if they inform their status in the Inactivity Thread DURING an Activity Check.

• We require all members to post 10 times a week and 1 thread per month, as a minimum requirements. Failure to abide will result in an immediate removal from the group.

Why should you be accepted? : I'm very chill and skilled in the majority of the games I play, I'll admit I SUCK at NHL though haha. In terms of competitive gaming in Cod I have years of experience and generally slay but as of late have been pushing hard OBJ (in hill time). For the most part I can adapt to any team due to my versatility

What all games do you own? : Halo 5, Battlefield 4, Overwatch, Black ops 1 and 3, rainbow six siege, The division, Forza Horizon 2, GTA V and many others. Also planning to buy a lot of the new games coming out!

Do you have any competitive experience? : Don't really know what sort of experience you mean, but I did play a lot of Gamebattles and UMG For almost every cod.

How much time can you dedicate to playing with your sector members weekly : I can dedicate quite a bit of time unless I'm doing something for school but that's about it. I'm usually online and ready to play!

What do you expect out of the Synergy Xbox One Gaming Sector : A place to meet other gamers such as myself and have groups to play certain games.

Why should you be accepted? : I'm super chill, ready to play at any time and always trying to have fun in whatever game I play. Would love to be part of a group to meet other people that enjoy playing games that i do . I don't see a better place than this. Why should you be accepted? : I'm rather good at most games, especially shooters. I'm a good teammate with communication skills. I enjoy competitive matches with teammates, but I will never rage at someone even though I hate losing.

What all games do you own? : Halo 5, Halo MCC, Destiny, GTA V

Do you have any competitive experience? I began to take gaming seriously when I got an Xbox 360 in 2007. I began playing Halo 3 all the time, and eventually obtained a 5-star general with 6 50s. I progressed to Gamebattles and used this site avidly by the time Halo Reach was released. I became the #1 overall ranked GB player for Halo Reach for the first 7 or so months before slowing down. I continued to play Gamebattles and was a staff member at the time, and amassed the overall records displayed in my signature, in addition to other top teams that are no longer displayed on the site. I continued to play Gamebattles on Halo 4, where my doubles partner and I placed 2nd in the doubles playoffs, beating out multiple professional players. However, due to time constraints related to my university workload at the time, I stopped playing as much and focused more on school rather than trying to model my future based on competitive gaming. In addition to Halo, I also grinded the crap out of MW3 after its release and maintained a top 50-60 position in FFA until Christmas break was over.

At this point in time, I mostly play Halo 5. Though I have put competitive gaming on the back burner (I primarily play big team and warzone, though I am able to, and have, obtained champ in most playlists when I am in the mood to grind.

How much time can you dedicate to playing with your sector members weekly : Whenever I am not working and home I will be able to play. If members of the gaming sector and I agree upon a time, I will put forward my full effort to be there to participate. I find it hard to give an hourly estimation, but I can promise you that I will be able to consistently participate with my fellow group members.

What do you expect out of the Synergy Xbox One Gaming Sector : I expect Synergy's sub-forum to consist of content that embodies a gaming culture. I was previously a member of Respawn, and I really enjoyed my time interacting within that group. I would like be to be given the opportunity to have access to a sub-group of people who share the similar interest towards gaming that I do. I want to be part of the discussions, group activities, guides, and public forum activities that goes with being part of a user-group.

Why should you be accepted? : I believe that my history of gaming, in addition to my in-depth understanding of the Halo series, would serve as a great asset to this user group. I have accomplished quite a bit competitive wise compared to the average competitive gamer, and I believe that I hold gaming-related accomplishments that help differentiate me as a member deserving of a gaming use-group spot. Beyond simply focusing on what makes me stand out, I am completely interested in learning from others within this group who have experience in areas of gaming that I do not. Entering this group will allow me to not only help others but to also allow me to grow as a gamer.

How much time can you dedicate to playing with your sector members weekly : Since it's summer I can spend a lot of time playing. Definitely 30 hours+ per week. I did recently get console banned so I won't be active until I receive my Xbox One S in the mail.
What do you expect out of the Synergy Xbox One Gaming Sector : To have a good time playing with fellow members of the group and maybe make a few friends along the way and to possibly learn some things about competitive gaming.
Why should you be accepted? : I play all day basically except for a few hours in the middle of the day cause I let my brother use it while I'm out of the house. I'd love to become more familiar with people on here as well because I only know a few.
