So I kind of need some help.
I have a HP DV6.
My windows 7 crashed randomly so I shut it down manually. When I restarted it, it takes me to Windows Start Up Repair and asks me for my laptop's password. I don't remember it and I have tried numerous possible options but to no avail.
What do I do?
My DVD rom doesn't work either.
