Odd batch-file in System32-folder

I was looking into my System32 folder and I found a batch-file (.bat) named {A6D608F0-0BDE-491A-97AE-5C4B05D86E01}.bat
The file was last edited 20July.
It contains this code:
Code
@echo off
if exist igfxEM.exe start igfxEM.exe
if exist igfxHK.exe start igfxHK.exe
if exist igfxTray.exe start igfxTray.exe
del /Q {A6D608F0-0BDE-491A-97AE-5C4B05D86E01}.bat

Does this belong to Windows? I have windows 8 but I made the free upgrade to Windows 10, ie. I have Windows 10 now running. My system is 64-bit.
Are you using an Intel computer?

By Intel computer I understand you mean my processor is from Intel, then yes.

Ok perfect. This is not a virus or anything to be worried about. This is related to Intel Graphics as are all the commands, I believe that is an update run. Nothing sinister or malicious.
