To push hits to a url shortening link but i was wondering what is the best url shortening service that will not detect me (so if i use traffic sources on the traffic facebook etc....... they will not ban me easily) and also ofc which one is the most profitable in terms of converting you traffic into $$$

Usually using automated traffic when trying to monetize PPC is a bad idea only a small percentage of people actually interact with it. If you're trying to monetize PPC you'd be better off renting a shoutout, or using stat based social media to generate income.
