I need someone who is very experienced with stressing scripts [SSYN, ARME, UDP, TCP etc.] aswell as automatic list scanning and amplification.

I will be creating a source from scratch and wish to put out a truly unique product. I will be funding everything from server costs to thread designs, but I need someone to help me understand this part of the network.
