Your proof isn't really proof. Obviously Admin can see the IP change (if there is any) but anyone can change their display name on Skype and forge what you just gave as proof.

The account is definitely hacked, quite shady if you see the Trust Scan. 11 Matching IPs, everything changed today.

The account will probably be repkilled and banned until original owner claims it back.
