Okay so I keep seeing the same threads over and over again and it's quite simple honestly ...
HOW TO KNOW IF YOU ARE SOFT BANNED?
You can tell you are soft banned if you can't catch Pokemon, even simplest and easiset Pidgeys and Zubats we all love seeing so much. You can also tell if you are soft banned if you try to get items or experience from a PokeStop and they don't give you any. Or, if you are battling gyms and you seem to get kicked out before every battle, then you are most likely soft banned.
HOW DO I FIX IT?
It's quite simply actually! Somes bots, specifically Necrobot (https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5348832) can fix just this. Use it like any bot, really. You import your coordinates in the correct file, and then you run the bot. When the bot detects that you cannot get a PokeStop it realizes you have now been soft banned. It will then go ahead and spin the PokeStop 40-50 times to get you unbanned.
There's also a program dedicated to this called QuickSpin (http://www30.zippyshare.com/v/agVk7JtA/file.html). First, you enter the user.xml file (use Notepad+ if you'd like to edit it fairly easy.) Enter in what it's asking you. For the coordinates it's probably best you use something near the location you are botting, etc. You run it, and wha-bam. It does the same exact thing as NecroBot.
BUT WAIT! I CAN'T DETECT POKESTOPS!!
Yet again, more simple fixes!
1) Change your coordinates. Just use the QuickSpin, etc in another location.
2) Slow down your speed / change our max distance. Not everyone can be Usain Bolt all the time. Maybe you even ran outta road.
3) Log in and log out. The servers suck, specifically in the US right now. They are down and if they aren't down they are half down, etc. Y'know how it's like. Too many people want to play the game, and there just isn't enough room to share.
