The bot I am running uses up all my pokeballs and razzberries trying to catch pokemon. Is there a way to disable this and configure it to only farm pokestops?

Just try another bot and choose better location with many pokestops. That way you will have enough of pokeballs and berries always.
And yes, there is bot that only farms pokestops, but believe me, you will be better by choosing better bot and better location.

I use Pokebuddy and it's great, there's an option to only farm Pokestops also, check it out.

What if you setup the Necro to catch only X pokemon that isnt common, then I guess it will only farm pokestops? Lol, no idea, just a supposition.
