Prison School

Synopsis (Courtesy of MAL):
Spoiler (Click to View)Located on the outskirts of Tokyo, Hachimitsu Private Academy is a prestigious all-girls boarding school, famous for its high-quality education and disciplined students. However, this is all about to change due to the revision of the school's most iconic policy, as boys are now able to enroll as well.

At the start of the first semester under this new decree, a mere five boys have been accepted, effectively splitting the student body into a ratio of two hundred girls to one boy. Kiyoshi, Gakuto, Shingo, Andre, and Jo are quickly cast away without having a chance to make any kind of a first impression. Unable to communicate with their fellow female students, the eager boys set their sights on a far more dangerous task: peeping into the girls' bath!

It's only after their plan is thoroughly decimated by the infamous Underground Student Council that the motley crew find their freedom abruptly taken from them, as they are thrown into the school's prison with the sentence of an entire month as punishment. Thus begins the tale of the boys' harsh lives in Prison School, a righteous struggle that will ultimately test the bonds of friendship and perverted brotherhood.

Sub/Dub: Both exist. However I recommend the dub as the voice acting was done very well (also Andre's dubbed voice actor was hilarious)

*Would add a trailer/clip but due to the graphic nature of this anime and Omni's new rule I will exclude it for this thread*

While this anime only covers the first of many arcs in the manga, it does a well-done job doing so. The anime tries to push the extremes at every opportunity, and each time will leave you with that cramped feeling in your gut because you're too busy laughing so damn hard.

I will state beforehand that I don't typically watch ecchi anime, however this is one of the few exceptions. The story is a generic school setting, but that's the only cliche this anime has. From that point on everything is game, the way characters interact and the way events unfold leaves you wanting for more. The art is well done, and the sound for the most part is alright, the OP is decent.

This is another anime that is defined by its characters however. The core group of 5 guys each bring their own set of traits to the table, and despite their differences at times, all are united in their common goal of brotherhood and girls ;) Definitely a great anime to watch, also a great anime to watch in groups (*pokes @Esdese to have another anime stream night*)

Watched Prison School a while ago and it was pretty good and judging the by popularity we'll probably be getting a season two in the future.

I'm surprised this Anime didn't already have a discussion thread.
