I use to have a program called Cain and Abel and basically when someone's device is connected to your internet you could choose the devices IP and log there log in details to whatever site they accessed while on your network.

Cain and Abel no longer works for me so what other program can do this? Any help or tutorials on how to do it?

Pretty much any MITM framework will work, as long as they're not using SSL. If they are then you have to use SSLstrip to get the unencrypted request. Then you can use ettercap/zANTI or whatever you like to do the MITM.

If you're using windows 10 and cain won't work for you any more, I can help you with how to fix that if that's the problem.

I don't know anything about this stuff. I downloaded ettercap and it's just a bunch of random files in a folder on my desktop and I don't know what to do with them.

That's the source. You have to compile it. I'd highly recommend using Linux for this because Cygwin is really buggy and I still don't fully trust the windows 10 bash shell.
