So this is gonna be a HUGE deal for many cause many of you love this guy... but well... he scammed me, and I tried reaching an amicable solution before opening this... but seems the user believes he's some kind of "untouchable".

Anyways, Bull™ sold me 50K US IE traffic like 2 or even 3 month ago, can't even remember how long ago it was cause he kept telling me to hold cause he was trying to find a "better source". (proof Spoiler (Click to View)[/spoler])

I paid Bull over 2BTC for 50K US IE traffic. The first day he delivered 15K and traffic stopped at that (shitty exploit rate and almost no bots), but I can't dispute that cause I wasn't gathering any proof at that time as he is a "so legitimate" member...

Then, day after day I kept asking about my remaining 35K traffic... he always had an excuse pushing it to the next day, and the next week, and so on... meanwhile I did purchase from him mixed traffic, which he did deliver (but also shitty traffic so I stopped buying from him (he always blamed the EK, or stub, etc. it was never the traffic)).

So now, the REAL reason of this dispute.

We finally agreed on a day to deliver the traffic. He asked me for my stub as he was gonna use one of his Beps flow (which he didn't even know how to access but he "played the awesome" when I posted on Beps thread about the site being down).

Well, anyways he got my file and started "delivering", and it stopped at 10K hits. Spoiler (Click to View) What was REALLY weird it was that I received only 15 bots, all running Windows Server 2008, and all under AWS ips. WHILE, the exploit page was showing an incredible (literally, cause its not fucking possible) 90% exploit rate, meaning 8K exploits or so, while I only got 15 bots.

While Bull was offline, I talked to Beps owner who checked the flow and told me "that is impossible. It's bot traffic, fake."

He suggested me to run a rat on the 15 bots I received, which fortunately I had Luminosity Link ready and I did that immediately, to find out that in fact, Beps owner was right (of course), I was getting traffic from AWS VPSs using autoclickers:

Now, it was obvious that Bull™ decided to fuck me instead of keeping me as a good paying customer... I started complaining to him. At first he played the "mobster" role at me, which I'm not scared... and then he just stopped answering... (and yet he has the nerves to send me offers to buy more... pfff)








So there it goes... It's been so long since I made this purchase that I don't even remember how much I paid the guy, but I'm sure it was over 2 BTC... like $1000 - 1500 usd.

Now, I wasn't planning on opening a dispute, cause of a few simple facts:

• I'm new.
  


• I've been scammed by fuckers here more than anyone else (I believe).
  


• Bull LOOKS like a so "honest" user, with all those awards, etc... seems like if everyone loved him.
  


• I'll prolly gonna get rep fucked by all "bull lovers" while he did actually scammed me, and the proof is right there.
  


• And again - I'm new on HF.
  

But, I'm tired of seeing people getting scammed by others that "THINK" they are hackers and threatens them...


*And btw, 2 days after I showed proof of the scam to bull, all my domains were terminated, mixed domains only a person with the stub could find... I'm lucky I run 2 failover nets so I lost no bots, but WEIRD, right?...

Oh, sorry. No, totally not. I have never even talked with the guy.
I thought this was more of a warning.

I'd quit the business you're in or actually just find another guy who has what you need since you're getting scammed too much. I do not remember if all of your reports are about these kind of things but if it is; either use a MM or just do someting else instead of this business.

I'm not saying you actually must do it but that's what I would do.
