My honest review,
OP's method has 3 Working MEthods, out of which one is public but yet, another 2 are not and is very much likely to work on 80% of the accounts, if second method is done correctly, you can get the rest 20% easily. Seriously! But the second method is limited because the more the product gets sold the more it will be less likely to work - the second method.
I will not go much into details on the third method but, here you go,
1st method works, but only on suspended or inactive accounts and you need a Verified Account for that.
2nd method works, and is a Account Method, and if you read the second one, you will most likely find something more interesting. You can even jack out gmails and live accounts - to be sure.
Interestingly, 2 of these methods are not public but yet working. Nice done OP on your Homeworks xD
