So lets say you grew up with no parents, got bullied and wanted to take that anger out by killing people would you rather work for the CIA as a field agent [Assassin] or a Rouge assassin where you do jobs for rich drugs lords/rich people.

CIA:
pay isnt amazing
always being watched
if you make a mistake they could kill you dependant on how bad it is
you dont choose the job
very stable
great benefits

Rouge:
pay would probably be a bit better
you only look after yourself and you're not being watched 24/7
if you make a mistake you can just disappear
you choose to take the job or not
person who hired you could set a hit on you and you cant tell the police
if something goes wrong you have noone to turn to

Yeah I'm gonna go with CIA. I don't really think you listed all the benefits/drawbacks. Depending on what your position is in the CIA I'm guessing you get access to more shit etc. When you're rogue though wouldn't they be hunting your or something? Dunno, CIA seems safer and cooler.
