I am not exactly an expert in this, but I might be able to help if you could send some screenshots of the websites, if they pop up and start talking to you and have a big message about a virus,or a 800 number, or free things, it is probably some sort of Adware or Malware. I would first recommend going to your programs and features and then look for any weird programs that you do not remember installing, then I would go into task manager and end and record/screenshot any suspicious programs or background tasks running, then check out your startup applications from task manager and then look for any weird programs in there.
