Is this persons rep indirectly calling me a scammer?

"Asked for proof of his product, kept just making up excuses."

Is he indirectly calling me a scammer, by leaving this false rep? I'm aware anyone can say anything they want as long as its not flaming or invalid scam rep, but anything that references a transaction, and tries to make someone like like a scammer, seems to meet the context of disallowed reputation.

Nope. Hes completely fine to say that. Hes not calling you a scammer. Hes saying you wouldn't show him your product. As well as he said deal with extreme caution which DWC reps are allowed. He is in the clear. Just ignore it and move on.

It's 100% fine of him to say that apparently. He's not calling you a scammer, he's just advising everyone to deal with caution.
