I think what it is saying is don't try to put special characters and commands in an attempt to exploit some sort of bug that could mess up the MyBB layout.

I guess but there should be detail.. .There is no rule of this... I mean this is a "hack forum" for security. So i thought pen testing etc... is allowed. But i guess not and no detail. So for all i know . If i right a tutorial on something that "exploits or bugs" something thats a RK
