So....there's this group of guys that are always throwing shit...
Playing football where it's not allowed (cuz u might kick a ball in someones face u kno, they actaully did to a teacher but they never get punished for anything)

They've thrown like a phone battery near me, which went on fire but didn't explode.
They were trying to make a deo can explode and threw it at me not so long ago, and I was still fed up with that.

So 2 days ago I first got a banana shower cuz they threw it at the wall i was standing, pretty near to me. I was fed up, didn't really do anything, there wasn't any teacher, and even if there was they wouldn't really do anything. Cuz as I said, they never get punished.
Anyway, then I got an apple shower, and I hit the guy that threw the apple....
Harder than I really meant to. School said they would let it slide, cuz it was understandable that I hit him, they understood it was my best option but I shouldn't have hit him in the face. < I agree with that, I shouldn't have. I didn't mean to hit him so hard on his face it just happened...
Anyway, that night I heard he was in the hospital, he ahd a concussion, and a bump in his skull.

Now the next day I heard he had a little ~ in his skull and needed surgery to fix it, hes home now - it wasn't really anything serious just a small break at the skull (eye part)
But his parents pressed charges against me, and I think I'm going to be fucked. (I'm 18)
I seriously didn't mean to, it was just 1 hit...
Wanted to give him a clear message, 1 hit and I walked off.
I didn't lose control, I didn't keep on beating him, but fuck---i didnt realize i hit him that hard.
I'm from the netherlands btw, hope anyone has some advice for me.
I know I shouldn't have hit him, but I'm not a criminal, I don't deserve a criminal record...

tldr; Stood up for myself, hit him too hard, now he broke his skull(eye part) and he or his parents pressed charges against me and idk whats gonna happen and idk what to do.

I'm from the Netherlands too, and honestly I don't think you are in that much trouble. Mostly because they have been assaulting and harassing you too. Just wait it out, if you get braught in by the police just tell them your story. Nothing to worry about tbh.

Especially if you are in special education, there's really nothing to get worried about. They picked on you, you flipped, shit happened. You didn't intend to hit him that hard or cause so much damage.

And yes - we get away with almost anything, that's part of the problem.
The teachers never punish them when they're throwing shit or playing football where it's not allowed.
They throw fucking old phone batteries and they dont get suspended or even get any kind of punishment.

Which is why I ended up hitting him.
They never get corrected, only with words like DONT DO THAT - but they know that doesnt mean anything.

It's not the school that's a problem - his parents went to the police pressing charges against me - ill have to appear infront of a judge.

well , if you got more than one witness you could sue them for harrassment and abuse (europe takes that shit pretty serious at the moment) or at least scare the parents who try to get you in trouble and its some kind of a mexican standoff
